Every custom order begins with raw, western-weight hat bodies from trusted U.S. distributors and is shaped, steamed, fitted, and finished by hand in our Franklin workshop. From the crown and brim to the smallest stitch, each decision is intentional. Your materials, your silhouette, your details. And when the hat is complete, there will never be another one exactly like it.
